#421: Build Better Soil with Mycorrhizae - [Jim Eagan] In this episode of the Vegetable Gardening show, Mike chats with Jim Eagan of Plant Revolution about how you can build better soil for your garden with the use of Mycorrhizae.

Mycorrhizae is a naturally occurring fungi in your soil that has been depleted over the years due to a myriad of reasons. Through science and research, Jim's company, gives gardeners the ability to introduce this beneficial fungi back into your soil.

Jim is going to tell us what Mycorrhizae is, why it is beneficial to your plants along with how the roots of your plants will become stronger when Mycorrhizae is in abundance in the soil.

From there, Jim will tell us about the science and research that is done in regards to Mycorrhizae and why you should go check out the microscopic videos showing exactly how Mycorrhizae fends off root eating nematodes.
