#398: How to Eat Healthier with what You Grow at Home [Dr. Art Capperauld] In this episode of the Vegetable Gardening show, Mike chats with Dr. Art Capperauld on how you can eat healthier by making simple changes to your everyday diet with the vegetables that you are growing right at home.

Dr. Capperauld is going to fill us in on why body awareness is an important key factor in determing what you should be eating, the portion sizes and how often you should be eating.

He will fill us in which foods you should absolutely avoid and why, which ones can be inflammatory, why butter is not such a bad thing, and replacing your bad eating habits with some good ones.

From there, he'll give us the low down on where juicing comes in to play, and give us an example of what a typical meal will look like.

This, and so much more, on this episode of The Vegetable Gardening Show!
