Dr. Baez is also the author of a new book, "PCOS Mindset for Health: Strategies to Successfully Manage Polycystic Ovary Syndrome."

She will tell us about nutrition and food preparation, how that relates to PCOS, and how making sure you add plenty of colors and variety from the garden onto your plate.

From there, Dr. Baez will give us her 3 tips to battle PCOS effectively and she'll also tackle how reducing stress in your life will help as well.
